Park Place Announces closing of Private Placement on February 28th, 2018

ANKARA, Turkey, March 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Park Place Energy Inc. (OTCQB:PKPL) (“Park Place”) is pleased to announce the Private Placement closed on February 28th, 2018.  

On February 28, 2018, Park Place Energy Inc. closed a private placement with the issuance of 11,750,000 shares of common stock, with each common share having ½ of one share purchase warrant attached, resulting in the issuance of 5,875,000 share purchase warrants. Each whole share purchase warrant is exercisable for a period of 24 months at an exercise price of $0.30 per share of common stock. Of the shares issued, 7,550,000 were issued at a price of $0.10 per share for gross proceeds of $755,000, and 4,200,000 shares were issued in settlement of debts in the amount of $420,000.
