Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc. Reports Third Quarter 2018 Results

Newport Beach, CA, Nov. 14, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pacific Health Care Organization, Inc., (the “Company”) (OTCQB: PFHO) today filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) its quarterly report on Form 10-Q announcing its financial results for the periods ended September 30, 2018.

Results

The Company reported net income of $317,076, or $0.10 per basic and fully diluted common share for the third quarter ended September 30, 2018, compared to net income of $243,929, or $0.08 per basic and fully diluted common share, for the third quarter ended September 30, 2017.  For the first nine months of 2018, the Company reported net income of $1,041,911 or $0.33 per basic and, fully diluted common share, compared to net income of $706,666 or $0.22 per basic and fully diluted common share for the first nine months of 2017.

Total revenues for the third quarter 2018 were $1,676,309 compared to $1,600,907 for the same period in 2017, an increase of $75,402 or 5 percent.  For the first nine months of 2018 the Company recorded total revenue of $4,921,135 compared to total revenues of $4,817,800 for the same period in 2017, an increase of $103,335 or 2 percent.

Net cash provided by operating activities increased to $1,081,432 during the nine months ended September 30, 2018, compared to $621,241 for the same period in 2017, an increase of $460,191, or 74 percent.  Cash balance at September 30, 2018, and December 31, 2017, was $6,846,162 and $5,815,071 respectively.
